Configuring Netscape Communicator 4.0x Operating System: MacOS Application: Netscape Communicator Application Version: 4.0x Double-click the Hard Drive icon. Double-click the Netscape CommunicatorTM Folder icon. Double-click the Netscape CommunicatorTM icon. Click the Next button to start creating a user profile. In the Your Name text box, type your name. In the Email Address text box, type your cboss username, immediately followed by @cboss.com. For example: username@cboss.com Click the Next button to confirm your name as the title for your standard Netscape Communicator profile. Click the Next button to confirm the default location for your preferences, bookmarks, etc. Click the Done button to confirm the first phase of configuring Communicator. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. Under category, make sure that Navigator is selected. In the Home page location text box, type http://www.cboss.com Click the triangle to the left of Mail & Groups to reveal more options. Under Mail & Groups, select Mail Server. In the Mail server user name text box, type your cboss username, without a prefix. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server text box, type smtp.cboss.com In the Incoming mail server text box, type mail.cboss.com Click the More Options button. Check the Remember my mail password check box. Click the OK button. Under Mail & Groups, select Groups Server.
