How to Configure Outlook Express

- Operating System: Windows95/98/NT
- Application: Outlook Express
- Application Version: 5.0

- Open Outlook Express.
Configure Mail Settings
- In the Display name text box, type your name.

- Click the Next button.
- Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use.
- In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address
(for example, username@cboss.com)

- Click the Next button.
- From the My incoming mail server is a __ server list,
choose POP3.
- In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server text box,
type mail.
cboss.com.
- In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server text box, type
smtp.
cboss.com.

- Click the Next button.
- In the Account name text box, type your Cboss username.
- In the Password text box, type your Cboss password.
- Check Remember password, if desired.

- Click the Next button.

- Click the Finish button.
Configure News Settings
- In the Display name text box, type your name.

- Click the Next button.
- In the E-mail address text box, type your e-mail address
(for example, username@cboss.com)

- Click the Next button.
- In the News (NNTP) server text box,
type news.
cboss.com
- Check My news server requires me to log on.

- Click the Next button.
- In the Account name text box, type your Cboss e-mail address.
- In the Password text box, type your Cboss password.
- Check Remember password, if desired.

- Click the Next button.

- Click the Finish button.
